£175,000 a year and it only goes up!

I can see that this would make a beautiful studio, big enough to drive a car in. Big enough to split into smaller bays, maybe even product / small still life. It's a shame that its just priced outside of most peoples budget!

I love how they make a point of the fact that he wasn't with the camera when this happened!

Like he would be showing you the bits if he was! He would be dead...with a tyre mark on his face!
